The design went hand in hand with a renovation project to create this stunning modern Villa overlooking Palma Bay.
It was crucial to work with the various levels to create ample and comfortable access into the garden. Part of the design process was also to create balconies, sheltered areas, easy access to the pool as well as a variety of seating areas throughout the garden.
The swimming pool has been designed to allow for swimming, chilling and relaxing and had to be moved closer to the house due to regulations.
A generous entertaining area as well as calmer areas to take in the stunning views into the landscape and, not to forget some kerb appeal, were all important parts of the design brief.
